The General Incorporated Association Employment Support Network for Persons with Disabilities P & P supports the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Greetings from the representative
I am aiming for a "free future where children with disabilities and intractable diseases can become what they want to be."
"I want to do a job that even people with disabilities can do in the future."
It was the students of the special needs school who taught me that dream. Can you ask your child with a disability about your future dreams without hesitation?
The reason why I got employment support for people with disabilities was that my husband had a valuable experience of developing an intractable disease of 1 in 100,000. Changing jobs from a different industry was a series of surprises and doubts. What was commonplace in the general society was a society unique to disability welfare that was not commonplace.
In those days, I felt uncomfortable that they had no dreams for the future. As I learned later, they don't have dreams, they don't. I'm not in a position to choose a job. Through this para-business, I am aiming for a future where the next generation of children can dream.
We need everyone's power to change into this free future.
All parties with disabilities who stand up together and raise their voices
Everyone who entrusts me with the work to work with a sense of purpose
And everyone who believes in the possibility of people with disabilities and introduces their work
Everyone who accepts people with disabilities as a matter of course
I am convinced that disability welfare will change the future by connecting with various communities, engaging with the general public, and working together.
You are reading this message now
" Your power" will change the future.
I will continue to run to meet "everyone" who can draw together the future in which children with disabilities and intractable diseases talk about their dreams with glittering eyes.

In the summer of 2013, my husband developed an intractable disease in 1 in 100,000 people . Experience the [system haze] that all support and rehabilitation services for intractable diseases are not covered because of such a rare illness. From that valuable experience, he changed jobs from a different industry to an instructor of employment support for persons with disabilities, saying, "Supporting people who want to participate in society by working" and "I want not only the person but also the family to cherish their own lives."
